Submission process
Please note that submitting a presentation implies your agreement to it being presented at EuroPCR and broadcast on PCRonline. Participants are invited to submit according to the following guidelines:
|
|
1- Presentations must be submitted electronically by means of the dedicated website, by Sunday 4th March 2012. Presentations sent by email will not be accepted.
2- Presentations must be formatted to Oxford English.
3- Please click on the following icon to download the EuroPCR Powerpoint template that should be used:
4- Only .ppt and .pps formats are accepted (.pptx and .ppsx formats will not be accepted).
5- Your presentation must include a maximum of 8 slides and feature fixed images only (no videos).
6- No author or institution names should feature in any part of the presentation.
7- Please use lower case (NOT capital letters) for the title and text content of your presentation.
8- Failure to comply with the above guidelines will disqualify your submission.
9- Once the closing date has passed, you will not be able to modify your presentation. |

Selection process
Evaluation of submissions will be based on quality, clarity, relevance and educational value for the audience. The selection of submitted Late Breaking Trial presentations will be blind: the EuroPCR Selection Committee will review submissions without access to the authors' name, institution or country.

|
Invitation / notification
All authors whose submission is accepted will receive an official invitation from the Board of Directors c/o the EuroPCR Organising Committee. This invitation will include the details of the allocated session. The invitation process will begin during end of March, beginning of April.
All authors whose submission is not accepted will receive a notification from the EuroPCR Organising Committee.

Registration
All authors who have been invited must register for EuroPCR 2012.
Trials presenters will not be granted Guest Faculty registration for EuroPCR, and there is no special or discounted registration fee for them.

Getting started
It is simple to set up your personal account and submit your presentations! First of all, click on the button below marked 'CLICK HERE FOR YOUR FIRST SUBMISSION' and follow the steps:
1- Enter your email address. This will be used to log into your personal account each time you visit the dedicated website.
2- Create your password.
3- Enter your personal information. (All boxes highlighted in bold are compulsory).
A summary of your account information will appear on the screen. To finalise the procedure, please be sure to click on 'Create Account' otherwise all previously entered details will be lost. |
