FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS



I forgot my password. How can I login?
--> If you have lost your password, you can ask for a new one by clicking the "lost your password?" link on the login page.
If you do not receive any message, please check your SPAM or JUNK folder.


I want to modify my password!
--> You have to log on with your original login and password. Then, Click « my account »  on the top and you will be able to change your password by following the instructions.



What is the deadline for submission?
--> The end of submission is 1 April  2017 at 23:59 CEST (Central European Summer Time).


I have difficulties to submit my image or video. Instructions do not appear to my screen!
--> In order to take full advantages of the online submission system, your browser must allow acceptance of cookies, pop-up and javascript controls. We also highly recommend that you use Internet Explorer 8+, Chrome 5+, Safari 5+ or Firefox 3.6.



I cannot copy and  paste the description of my photo.
--> To « copy and paste » your text from word, please use the following iconhttp://resume.europa-organisation.com/_global/files/d-geo-d/1/Paste%20from%20word.png.Please ensure your browser accepts pop-ups.


 

I cannot see the button "upload" at the last  step  to upload my file.
--> Your computer must be equiped by Flash player in order to upload your file.


 

Can I revise my photo and its description after they have been submitted?
--> You will have until 1 April to modify them.
In order to modify your submission, please click on the button "modify my submission" and follow each step as you did for submitting. Change the information you want to modify, then don’t forget to click on the SAVE button to register your changes.
No changes will be possible once the submission deadline passed.


I would like to delete / cancel my submission.
--> To cancel your submission click on the delete button. You will receive an automatic email as confirmation of your cancellation.

 


Is there a limit of submissions per category?

--> There are four categories in this Call for Historic Photos: Individual(s) involved, Early cases with PTCA, Milestone moments, Little known facts, Other.
There are no limits in submissions. Participants can submit as many times as they want for every category.



When will I know if my photo has been accepted?
--> Results will be available on April 2017. You will be able to consult them directly on this platform with login and password used for submission.

Information will be sent only to the e-mail address registered as login. As such, please make sure that the contact information is up to date.

 

How to take part in the Exposition @ EuroPCR?
--> The participation in the Call for Historic Photos does not mean free-of-charge participation at EuroPCR. Registration, travel and accommodation remain at the charge of submitters.
The 40 years of Angioplasty Exposition will be held at the Palais des Congrès in Paris during EuroPCR 2017. Every Course badge holder will be able to visit the Exposition free of charge.
