Account password

I already submitted for PCR London Valves, can I keep the same account?
You can keep your account only if you want to submit several times within the same category, the same year. If you want to change the category of submission, you will need to create a new account.
The categories are: clinical cases, abstracts, images, late-breaking trials, innovation.

I forgot my password. How can I login?
Click on the "Forgot my password" tab of this platform and simply follow the instructions.

The submission process

Can I submit several late-breaking trials?
Yes, absolutely.

Can I submit my late-breaking trial via email?
No, this platform is the only way to submit your file.

What is the submission deadline?
Submit your late-breaking trials before 22 April 2017.

I have difficulties: instructions do not appear on the screen. What can I do?
Make sure your internet browser accepts cookies and javascript controls. We recommend the use of Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox 34.7. You may also need to install Adobe Flash Player.

Difficulties may also be caused by download restrictions if you submit from your hospital or institute. Security rules might automatically block our system and javascripts. In this case, we suggest you try to submit using internet access from a different location.

The format of my late-breaking trials

What are the accepted file formats?
Power-Point® is the only accepted format. It can either be: a .ppt, .pps, .pptx, .ppsx file.

Can I use the template of my choice?
No, you must use the official PCR London Valves 2017 template.

How can I be sure my late-breaking trial submission will be anonymous?
In order to ensure an impartial grading, it’s crucial to follow these instructions:
- Do not mention author, institution or patient names in the presentation
- ONLY provide personal information in the slide of disclosure (slide 2). This slide 2 will be removed for the grading to keep the presentation anonymous and impartial

Additional instructions
Instructions below are mandatory to ensure your case will be graded:
- 10 slides maximum
- Fixed images only
- No trade name in the presentation title
- Use lower case to type your text in the different fields
- The following abbreviations are accepted:
ACS, ASD, BRS, CABG, CT, CTO, DAPT, DEB, DES, FFR, iFR, IMA / LIMA / RIMA, LAA, MRI, NSTE-ACS, NSTEMI, OCT, PCI, PFO, STEMI, SVG, TAVI, TIMI, VSD

How to modify or delete my submission ?

How can I modify or delete my submission?
You can modify or delete your case before 22 April 2017 by clicking on the corresponding icons:    or   next to the title of your clinical case.

I can’t delete a submission, who can I contact?
Your contact is Iwo. Simply send him an email to: pcrsubmissions@europa-organisation.com
Please clearly indicate which submission should be deleted.

About my participation at PCR London Valves, if selected

Do I need to register for the Course?
Absolutely. All selected authors must register for PCR London Valves 2017 at the standard rate.

What about transport and accommodation?
Transport and accommodation is your own responsibility.
EBS, our official housing agency, can help you secure a room a the best price.

Will my presentation at PCR London Valves 2017 be the same I submitted earlier in the year?
You will have the opportunity to upload a newest version of your case, including video files, for presentation in Paris. Instructions will be given to you in due time.
